The incident was caused by disk capacity being reached faster than expected during a period of high system activity. Although additional capacity was added, a database restart was required for the change to take effect.
The system is now operating normally, and we have taken steps to prevent similar situations going forward. We are continuing to monitor the platform stability.

We experienced an issue where a storage increase did not apply as expected, which required additional investigation. The storage has now been successfully increased and fully verified as working correctly. We are continuing to monitor the platform stability.
